ArtToyWear is a brand dedicated to creating high-quality, limited-edition apparel and accessories for art toy enthusiasts and collectors. Each design is inspired by and made to complement the unique world of designer toys and urban art culture.

Are your products officially licensed?

All our designs are original artworks created by our in-house artists. They are inspired by the culture but do not use copyrighted characters unless explicitly stated as a collaboration.

How can I be sure about the quality and size?

We provide detailed size charts for every product (in inches and centimeters). We also use high-resolution images and videos to show fabric texture and fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. We do not store any raw payment data on our servers. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways like Stripe and PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders very quickly to ship them to you ASAP. Please contact us immediately at arttoywear@gmail.com if you need to change or cancel an order. We'll try our best if the order hasn't entered the packing stage.

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers. Delivery times vary:

How can I track my order?

What about customs and import taxes?

The displayed price includes potential tariffs or import taxes. and the price you pay is the price at which the item is received..

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer 30-day returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please initiate the process through our Return Portal.

My item arrived damaged or is defective. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact our support team at arttoywear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How should I wash and care for my ArtToyWear items?

To preserve the prints and fabric, we recommend:

  • Wash inside out in cold water.
  • Use mild detergent.
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.
  • Do not bleach or iron directly on prints.
